Time Manufacturing Company has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Ruthmann, a European manufacturer of aerial work platforms. Ruthmann has a long history of manufacturing high-quality, truck-mounted aerial work platforms and has worked together with Time’s Versalift brand.
Time Manufacturing continues to execute on its global growth plan.
The acquisition of Ruthmann by Time Manufacturing Company will allow Time to significantly expand its aerial lift offerings to new geographies and new customers. By adding the Ruthmann portfolio to its existing brands (Versalift, BrandFX, Aspen Aerials) the company is positioned to better serve and meet the demands of its global customers.
