ORGANIC & ACQUISITION GROWTH
Time Manufacturing has grown from 700 to more than 2600 employees since 2017 through both organic and acquisition growth. This growth has resulted in significantly enhanced capability to manufacture, distribute, and service product in a timely manner to customers all over the world. Significant manufacturing improvements have led to decreased lead time, improved first time quality (FTQ), facilities revamps, and data driven process improvements that allow management to address parts delivery, supply chain management, decreased warranty claims, and vastly improved customer satisfaction.
VERSALIFT GROWTH IN USA & ABROAD
Filling out the gaps in coverage that previously existed, Time Manufacturing acquired distributors in The Midwest and Southeast, adding four new locations and over 750,000 ft2 of facilities space to upfit and service fleets. Additionally the company revamped management and extended staff in its Texas, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Ohio facilities. EXPANSION ACROSS EUROPE
The Versalift Brand continues to grow across Europe with added staff, larger facilities, and greater outreach throughout the continent. Versalift International is headquartered out of Denmark, as is the wholly-owned distributor Versalift Denmark. Other wholly-owned European Versalift distributors include Versalift France and Versalift United Kingdom. The Versalift brand has built very strong brand cache in the United Kingdom.
HIGH REACH – MOBILE ELEVATING WORK PLATFORMS (MEWPs)
Time Manufacturing Company’s high-reach group supports customers in the electric power transmission industry and the wind-powered electricity generation business. With booming demand for renewable power generation across the world, wind-turbine blade maintenance is a task perfectly suited to high reach units. The company is constantly developing new products and now has high reach units ranging from 104 ft to more than 180ft. The popular CONDOR brand now called Versalift CTA continues to bring profitable growth to the company.

With the acquisition of Aspen Aerials in 2018, Time Manufacturing Company has gained an elite brand of innovative bridge inspection equipment that is immediately ready for expansion into Europe and beyond. By using its existing global sales and distribution channels, Time Manufacturing Company can support a global expansion plan for Aspen Aerials bridge inspection equipment, while offering a complimentary set of market-leading products to existing customer.
BRANDFX BODY COMPANY
In 2019 the company acquired BrandFX the North American leader in advanced composite truck bodies for service and line equipment. By integrating BrandFX into the Versalift product line, the company strengthens its supply chain, advances its customer base, and creates a deep competitive advantage over its global competition.

France Elévateur (FE GROUP)
Time Manufacturing Company has completed its acquisition of France Elévateur (FE Group), a European manufacturer of aerial work platforms which includes the France Elévateur, FE Deutschland, FE Benelux, and Movex brands. This acquisition is an important step forward in the company’s global growth plan as the combined company will provide better product availability, and service to the important national markets of Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Eastern France and Spain.
