About

Uwe Strotmann joined Ruthmann Holdings GmbH in 1994, and currently serves as the company’s Managing Director since July, 2022. Mr. Strotmann reports directly to Lance Reinhard, COO of Time Manufacturing Company. Uwe began his tenure at Ruthmann working first in equipment training, and then in equipment sales. In 2001, he joined the Ruthmann International Sales team, and advanced to lead the company’s Export Sales division in 2007. In 2010, Mr. Strotmann became Ruthmann’s head of worldwide sales.

With more than a decade of Senior Management experience at Ruthmann, Mr. Strotmann serves in multiple roles, including as Managing Director of Ruthmann Austria beginning 2010, Board Member at Ruthmann Italy since 2016, President of Ruthmann North America from 2018 to 2020 and as President of Ruthmann Switzerland, beginning in 2021. With an incredible background in international equipment sales and a degree in Business Administration, Uwe is fluent in German, English and French.
