Jay has been with Time Manufacturing Company since 1987 holding multiple leading positions in the firm, and is currently serving as President and CCO. Reporting directly to CEO Roman Rariy, Jay has oversight over all company sales activities. With decades of experience in the aerial lift industry, Jay manages many of the company’s key strategic relationships in the electric utility and telecommunications industry. His deep knowledge of the challenges and life cycles of purchasing in the of bucket trucks, digger derricks, and cable placer utility trucks have been instrumental in supporting the company’s trajectory of
profitable growth.
Following a proud family tradition, Jay is a member of the Baylor University Athletic Hall of Fame. Jay holds a B.B.A. in Finance and General Studies from Baylor’s Hankamer School of Business, and a Master of Education (MEd) from Southwest Texas State University.
