James joined Time Manufacturing Company in 1987 as a design engineer. Over more than three decades, James has held multiple roles including Project Engineer, Product Manager and Chief Engineer, before finally taking over as VP, Engineering in 2000. James was instrumental in creating the first articulating telescopic aerial lift, and he created the original design of the Versalift VST product line. Currently, James is responsible for all new product development. He is also responsible for research and development, and the overall quality and structural integrity for all products. James is an ANSI board member and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
