Don Fratus has been with Time Manufacturing Company for over 25 years, and currently holds the position of V.P. Versalift North American Production. He held several positions with the company prior to his promotion in 2023 including Vice President of Supply Chain. Don reports directly to CSCO Vivek Joshi, and is an integral part of managing the company’s global operations group. Don has built centers of excellence in the Parts, Service and Purchasing divisions, integrating systems and processes after many company acquisitions. Don has built incredible teams to support the company’s global expansion plan, maintaining profitable growth through the pandemic and beyond.
Don initially joined the company after its acquisition of Condor Aerials. He left for a brief period of time and worked for Manitex as Materials Manager and Vice President of Operations. In 2005 he returned as Director of Customer Service and Operations Manager prior to his current position. Originally from California, Don is resolute in supporting and contributing to the continued growth of Waco, TX, a community he and his family have resided in for decades. Don attended California Polytechnic State University in Pomona and after finishing his degree, pursued an achieved his APICS certification.
