About

Curt joined Time Manufacturing Company as CEO in 2017 and has consistently led the company through profitable growth both through multiple acquisitions and significant manufacturing improvements. In 2021 Curt completed Time Manufacturing Company’s acquisition of Ruthmann, one of the most significant transactions to take place in the Aerial Lift business in the last decade. His strong leadership allowed the company to maintain growth through the Pandemic.

Previously, Curt was CEO at Big Tex (2014-2017), where he led the nearly $1B organization through significant acquisitions, and completed a successful merger with ATW. Curt then coordinated an exit to Bain Capital. Prior to Big Tex Curt was President & CEO of worldwide automotive supplier Stant Corporation (2010-2014), where he reorganized the company, returning it to profitability. Curt spent 16 years at American Axle Manufacturing (NYSE: AXL), where he served as VP, Americas and VP, Global Driveline Operations. Previously, he was the manager of Japanese business operations for Chrysler Corporation.

Curt holds a B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University; holds a Certificate in East Asian Studies from Xi Bei University, Xian PRC, and a Masters in International Business Management from Thunderbird in Arizona. Curt has business-language proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin and Japanese.
