Craig Haines

Craig Haines joined Time Manufacturing Company in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to CEO Roman Rariy, Craig is responsible for managing the company’s global financial operations, including accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, internal audit and tax functions.  Craig joins the Time Manufacturing Company team with more than 30 years of experience leading finance organizations, most recently after nearly fourteen years at Sequa Corporation, a private equity backed global industrial manufacturing company, in leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer, VP Finance, Chief Accounting Officer, and Vice President Controller. Prior to his tenure at Sequa, Craig held management positions at accounting giants Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, and finance leadership positions at National Vision Administrators, LLC and Footstar, Inc.  Mr. Haines earned a B.S in Accounting at Rider University, and calls the New York City area home.
