Ashish Chapagain joined Time Manufacturing Company in 2017 as Director of FP&A and was promoted to VP of Finance – North America in 2023, reporting directly to CFO Craig Haines. Ashish is responsible for managing the North American financial operations, including accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, and oversees the implementation of corporate objectives, projects, strategies in North America.
Previously, Ashish held various leadership positions at Big Tex (2010 – 2017). Within Ashish’s tenure at Big Tex, the company was acquired as a new platform by H.I.G Capital, a private equity firm. It went through significant acquisitions; a merger with ATW; and a successful exit for H.I.G. Capital to Bain Capital.
Ashish earned BBA and MBA at Southeastern Oklahoma State University and lives in Waco Texas with his wife, a son, and a daughter.
