About

Having joined Time Manufacturing Company in 2017 with over 25 years of manufacturing experience, Robert is responsible for all aspects of product manufacturing across the company’s global footprint. Reporting directly to Lance Reinhard, COO, Robert is a powerful leader who creates accountability across a team of managers through process transparency and visibility. His expertise in lean manufacturing has contributed to the company’s profitable growth both organically and through acquisition.

Robert came to the company from Big Tex, where he was Global Vice President of Manufacturing from 2014 through 2017. Prior to Big Tex, Robert was held positions as Launch Executive, Manufacturing Manager, Director of New Programs Launch, and Plant Manager at American Axle Manufacturing (NYSE: AXL). Robert has expertise in operational transformation and value creation from his prolific experience at publicly-traded and private equity-backed companies. Robert had a brief career in the NFL after attending the University of Notre Dame and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida Metropolitan University.
