Lance Reinhard

Lance joined Time Manufacturing Company as CFO and Head of Supply Chain Operations in 2017. Since then, reporting directly to CEO Curt Howell, he has managed the company’s financial actions, including accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, real estate, investor relations, internal audit and tax functions. In his tenure at the company, Lance has managed multiple complex global acquisitions, as well as recently maintaining profitable growth through the course of the Pandemic. In 2022 Lance was promoted to COO.

Previously, Lance worked at Big Tex as the Global President and Chief Operating Officer, where he led national finance and supply chain teams. Lance has worked extensively in public and private equity-backed organizations over the last two decades, with direct P&L ownership in businesses between $150M-$1.5B in revenue. Lance holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of West Georgia and an M.B.A. from Bowling Green State University.
