Elena is an experienced international IT leader who joined Time Manufacturing Company in 2017. Reporting directly to CEO Curt Howell, Elena works on the company’s strategic goals and high value projects, including network optimization to support cloud computing and deploying processes to achieve efficiencies. Recently, Elena led her team in implementing a 26-site Epicor rollout, resulting in increased efficiency and transparency, despite the impact of the 2020 Pandemic and multiple corporate acquisitions.
Prior to joining the Company, Elena held CIO roles at Big Tex and Stant, where she led projects that fueled growth initiatives and improved EBITDA. Earlier in her career, Elena held international leadership roles within IBM, Duracell, P&G, GE, Diageo, IRI and Securus. With proven competencies in international manufacturing, enterprise risk planning & management, and systems integration, Elena has led complex systems migrations and technology integrations for decades. An Entrepreneurial CIO, Elena founded IT in MI and Secant. She holds a B.A. in International Business from Western Illinois University.
