Bruce Hardt is the Vice President of Human Resources of Time Manufacturing Company, reporting to Jay Jeffrey, CCO & President. As a driven HR leader with extensive experience in employee recruitment and retention, staff development, mediation and conflict resolution, Bruce is responsible for the company’s benefits, compensation, HR records management, HR policies development and legal compliance.
With nearly three decades of HR management experience, Bruce has demonstrated success in managing groups, negotiating win-win compromises, and developing team building programs. With HR leadership roles at Pilgrim’s, Myers Lawn & Garden, Pace American of Texas and the Girl Scouts, Bruce has expertise within the details of HR, including authoring personnel manuals, corporate policies and job descriptions. A native Texan, Bruce originally joined Time Manufacturing Company in 1999 in a junior HR leadership role. Bruce studied TV & film production at the University of North Texas and Central Texas College.
